"Motorcycle - ATV Sleeves"

The key factor to the success of our sleeves is the attention to detail each one receives.

Our two stroke sleeves really, truly replicate the all the design elements and port timing of the original plated cylinder. Others may claim “pre-port” features, but if you still have to grind angles, raise port roofs or cut power valve clearance, it’s not really “OEM replacement” in our view.

Even four stroke sleeves require attention to detail. Today’s cylinder construction is often “minimalist”. When we evaluate a cylinder we don’t simply apply the same design style or standard because it is a four stroke. We determine sleeve design and material grade based on several factors with the goal of retaining or improving the integrity and performance of the cylinder after sleeve installation.

Northwest Sleeve works closely with our foundries to insure that the specific characteristics we want for our sleeves are met through constant monitoring of chemistry and process. All material is produced in the U.S.A. and must meet our standards of tensile strength, hardness, grain structure and lubricity.
