Sending your cylinder to us is simple and easy. Click on Service Order and complete the form. Everything you need for your top end rebuild can be ordered: pistons, gaskets, rod kits, etc. When we receive your cylinder and service form, we'll process your information and send you a confirmation via e-mail for your review. You'll know the cost and time frame for us to complete your job.

Details like bevels, angles, radii and power valve clearances were first brought to the OEM replacement market as standard features by Northwest Sleeve. Best of all, Northwest Sleeve has the strongest, toughest, most durable material in the industry!! We have proven over and over again -- Quality Matters! Our manufacturing facility is CNC equipped for accuracy and consistency. All production OEM and custom sleeves are made using the latest machining technologies to hold tolerances within one-half thousandth. Our 5th axis rotary mills give us the ability to add bevels, angles & radii, reducing the time rebuilders must take to fully "blend" in sleeves.

All sleeves are manufactured at our facility in Gresham, Oregon from material produced exclusively in the U.S.A.
