750 TERYX/BRUTE FORCE BIG BORE KIT IS HERE!

Cylinder design prohibits enlarging the bore size of these cylinders, so we've designed special sleeves that easily accept the 90mm pistons with out compromising the structure of the cylinder. No case modification is necessary and installation is easy for any experienced machinist.

We chose CP Piston simply because they build superb pistons. For this kit, we've set compression at 11.5:1 but we have higher compression available on request. The 11.5:1 piston is a reliable choice for enthusiasts who simply want more more power and performance in a simple and easy installation.

Northwest Sleeve officially turns 25 in May, but the celebration has already begun!

Another beautiful billet design with performance plus is now available-this time for the Honda CRF 150. This is a perfect upgrade for anyone who loves their 150 but would like a bit more power. The cylinder kit comes complete, ready to bolt on and includes a 70MM JE piston and top end gasket kit.

First, we want to mention that these cylinders are absolutely beautiful. You'll immediately notice the detail of design for function as well as form. These cylinders are sculpted to match the original OEM design with all the finishing details that only skilled CNC programming can produce. These cylinders feature beveled edges, expanded cooling passages and sleeves which are matched perfectly to the water passage to improve flow. The attention to detail is unsurpassed!

JUNE 2007: GARAGE SALE
More like a bargain basement, we have some good deals that won't last.

First, we have an absolutely brand new Honda 04 - 06 CRF 450R cylinder. Still in the original packaging; hasn't been touched. Best online retailer price we've found so far: $ 248.00. Our price: $ 165.00.

Next up, we have and 04 and 05-06 CR250 cylinder. Each cylinder has been bored to accept a sleeve. These cylinders were used inhouse and have not been run. We will install the sleeve and set the bores up for the piston of your choice. Either cylinder can be turned into a big bore with the 98mm Wiseco. These cylinders are both listed over $400 online; Our price: $299 (does not include piston kits, but we can fix you up with one and anything else you need).
